Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be returned:

• in original condition
• unused
• securely packaged

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many products are unique natural finds, some items may be marked as final sale.

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

• contact us within 7 days
• include photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within several business days.
